This is a simple exercise that can also be performed from your desk. Sit upright on your chair with your feet flat on the ground, and then tilt your head by applying pressure through your hand. Do this in left, right, front and backward directions, and hold the position for 30 seconds.
Lie on your back and raise your knee, by keeping the feet intact on the floor, then slowly raise your hips as well to make a bridge shape. Try lifting your toes, and then gently lower the hips and knee. Repeat this exercise 15 times, but make sure to do it slowly.
Roll over onto your stomach with straight legs, then lift one leg upward and hold the position for 5 seconds. Repeat this exercise around 15 times and then switch to the other leg.
