Neck Pain

Life Rehabs’ Suggestions for Neck Pain Always Worked for the Good of People

Any abnormalities in the bones, ligaments or muscles of the neck can lead to neck pain or stiffness. If you feel stiffness or pain while moving your neck, you should understand that it is a clear sign of developing neck pain.

Many people usually experience it due to poor sleeping positions. If you are suffering from neck pain, then the experts of Life Rehab suggest you perform the following exercises.

Shoulder & Head Rolls:

These are good warm-up exercises that stretch each and every part of your neck. Simply relax your arms, lift your shoulders, and tilt your neck on each side. Roll your neck about 15 times, and then relax.

Seated Neck Stretch:

This is a simple exercise that can also be performed from your desk. Sit upright on your chair with your feet flat on the ground, and then tilt your head by applying pressure through your hand. Do this in left, right, front and backward directions, and hold the position for 30 seconds.

Wall Push-Up:

Stand in front of a wall with a 3 feet distance in front, and do 15 to 20 push-ups. This will support your neck muscles without causing much pressure.
